Automated exhibit descriptions in multiple languages
Tidudanka QR enables museums, science centers, zoological and botanical gardens to create exhibit descriptions in their native language, which are automatically translated into multiple languages. This process is simple and does not require specialized software, extensive training or the purchase of expensive equipment.
Initial trials in museums have already been conducted with highly positive feedback. We are excited to expand our partnerships to institutions worldwide.
We are currently inviting interested institutions to join our free trial program. Participants will have the opportunity to test our solution free of charge for several months.
Support for eighteen languages
Translations are available in the following languages:
Croatian, Czech, English, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Turkish, Ukrainian.
Work is ongoing on additional languages.
Automatic language detection
The user's language is automatically detected, allowing the user to see the description in a language they understand, without the need for manual language selection.
Automatic translations
Changing an exhibit's description by facility staff will update the translations of that exhibit into all available languages.
This eliminates the need for commissioning translations and reprinting/laminating descriptions in multiple languages.
Ease for visitors
Visitors do not need to install anything on their phones – a built-in camera app in most Android or iOS phones is sufficient.
This functionality will also be available in the Tidudanka mobile app for searching attractions and events for families.
No cables or configuration needed
Simply print the QR code and place it next to the exhibit - this solution requires no power supply, device configuration or regular battery replacement.
Easy maintenance
In case of damage, simply reprint the QR code.
Trial version
There is no need to abandon current exhibit descriptions - you can try the solution for free on several exhibits and decide based on your own experience whether it's worth it.
